This small-group gathering is designed for new mothers and their babies to share intentional, nurturing time together in a calm and supportive space.
Rooted in gentle postpartum recovery and guided connection, each session includes:
• Breathwork to support nervous system regulation
• Soft, restorative movement for maternal healing
• Introduction to ancient Shantala infant massage techniques
• Baby bonding through intentional touch and eye contact
• Open conversation and supportive community sharing
Shantala massage is a traditional practice that promotes digestion, sleep, body awareness, and deep emotional connection between mother and baby.
This is not a workout.
It is sacred time — to slow down, to reconnect with your body, and to strengthen your bond with your baby.
Babies remain with you throughout the session.
