Longevity Training is designed for adults focused on maintaining strength, balance, and independence long term.
This focused 45-minute session includes:
• Functional strength training
• Balance and fall-prevention drills
• Core and posture work
• Joint stability and mobility
Movements are controlled, intentional, and accessible.
Especially beneficial for adults 55+, but open to anyone committed to lifelong health.
