UpLoft is a family-centered movement & play studio located  in downtown Freeport, Maine.

 

We provide structured movement programming, curated creative play experiences, and thoughtfully designed community offerings — all within one cohesive environment.

 

Our mission is simple: to support the physical development of children, the strength and longevity of adults, and the connection of families.

 

UpLoft operates as a professionally designed movement studio — not childcare and not a recreational play center. Our programs are intentional, structured, and built around skill development, nervous system support, and long-term wellness.

 

Founded by Nicolle Orne, a certified movement professional, and Charlie Orne, a Maine-based designer and builder, UpLoft combines movement education, custom craftsmanship, and community leadership into a distinctive model that serves multiple generations.
